【摘要】：目的了解普通噴霧器和氣溶膠噴霧器噴霧對(duì)野外駐訓(xùn)營(yíng)地板房?jī)?nèi)空氣的消毒效果,為野外駐訓(xùn)板房?jī)?nèi)空氣消毒方法的選擇提供參考。方法采用平板沉降法采樣培養(yǎng)方法,對(duì)兩種類型噴霧器噴霧消毒野外駐訓(xùn)板房?jī)?nèi)空氣的效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果某部野外駐訓(xùn)板房宿舍內(nèi)空氣中細(xì)菌總數(shù)明顯低于GB/T18883-2002《室內(nèi)空氣質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》規(guī)定的細(xì)菌總數(shù)≤16 cfu/皿最低限值。在相同條件下,向板房?jī)?nèi)空氣中噴霧濃度為2 000 mg/L的過氧乙酸消毒液,普通噴霧器噴霧后作用30 min對(duì)空氣中細(xì)菌降低率達(dá)70%~79%,氣溶膠噴霧器噴霧后作用30 min對(duì)板房?jī)?nèi)空氣中細(xì)菌降低率達(dá)68%~78%。結(jié)論野外駐訓(xùn)板房用常量和超低容量噴霧均能有效殺滅空氣中細(xì)菌,防疫人員在野戰(zhàn)條件下可選擇適宜防疫裝備進(jìn)行空氣消毒,確保官兵健康。
