【摘要】：目的　登島作戰(zhàn)對象可能有神經(jīng)毒工廠并儲備硫芥 ,做好登島作戰(zhàn)防化衛(wèi)勤保障。方法　海峽的地形、水文、氣象條件調(diào)研 ;航渡環(huán)境、裝備器材調(diào)研 ;訓(xùn)練水平、心理素質(zhì)調(diào)研 ;海戰(zhàn)況調(diào)研和海上實驗研究�！昂胶l件對兔沙林中毒預(yù)防和急救藥的抗毒效價影響”在航海、陸地、海島 3種條件下分急救、預(yù)防組 ,觀察動物存活數(shù)并計算存活率 ;“溺水復(fù)合VX兔中毒對神經(jīng)毒抗毒劑的急救和預(yù)防效價影響”在溺水條件下分急救、預(yù)防組 ,觀察動物發(fā)生肌顫、出現(xiàn)驚厥、驚厥停止并計算存活率。結(jié)果　海峽的地形、水文、氣象將對航渡作戰(zhàn)的防化衛(wèi)勤保障帶來極大困難。 1d內(nèi)任何時候都可以出現(xiàn)逆溫(5 % )、等溫 (70 % ) ,這就提示海上使用化學(xué)武器的機(jī)會將增加 ;船體搖擺度超過 2 0°時 ,大部分艦員將出現(xiàn)暈船反應(yīng) ,為搶救化學(xué)、復(fù)合火器傷員手術(shù)帶來困難 ;艦上容易交叉染毒或二次中毒 ;艦船急救、手術(shù)環(huán)境因條件有限 ,相應(yīng)配套輔助科室多 ,故手術(shù)臺數(shù)少。即便是“加強(qiáng)船用醫(yī)療模塊系統(tǒng)”具有 18個功能模塊 ,也只能同時展開 3臺手術(shù) ,負(fù)責(zé)加強(qiáng)一線艦船傷員急救的“海上機(jī)動醫(yī)療隊”一般也只有2 0～ 4 0人組成 ,將影響同一時間出現(xiàn)的大批化學(xué)、復(fù)合火器傷員的搶救 ;戰(zhàn)斗力將取決于接受三防訓(xùn)練的理論和技能掌握的熟練程度 ,軍
