【摘要】：目的 :為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對(duì)游泳場(chǎng)所的衛(wèi)生管理 ,保證游泳者的健康 ,了解駐穗部隊(duì)公共游泳場(chǎng)所的衛(wèi)生狀況 ,為改進(jìn)措施提供依據(jù)。方法 :依照《游泳場(chǎng)所衛(wèi)生管理?xiàng)l例》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《條例》)設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查表 ,由游泳場(chǎng)所負(fù)責(zé)人填表 ,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)查看 ,調(diào)查一般情況與衛(wèi)生管理情況 ;水質(zhì)檢驗(yàn)依照《游泳用水水質(zhì)檢驗(yàn)方法》進(jìn)行 ,并現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)定余氯。結(jié)果 :多數(shù)游泳場(chǎng)所的衛(wèi)生狀況基本符合要求 ,少數(shù)單位不夠理想。主要表現(xiàn)在 :選址及設(shè)計(jì)不符合衛(wèi)生學(xué)要求 ;游泳場(chǎng)所負(fù)責(zé)人對(duì)衛(wèi)生管理重視不夠 ,衛(wèi)生防病觀念淡薄 ;細(xì)菌學(xué)指標(biāo)達(dá)不到《條例》規(guī)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題 ,提出如下改進(jìn)意見 :應(yīng)組織游泳場(chǎng)所負(fù)責(zé)人加強(qiáng)對(duì)《條例》的學(xué)習(xí) ,嚴(yán)格依照《條例》進(jìn)行管理 ,增強(qiáng)衛(wèi)生防病觀念 ;在新建或改建游泳場(chǎng)所時(shí) ,衛(wèi)生人員應(yīng)主動(dòng)當(dāng)好有關(guān)部門的衛(wèi)生參謀 ;高度重視水質(zhì)消毒工作 ,隨時(shí)檢測(cè)余氯濃度 ,增大消毒劑的投放次數(shù)和投放量。結(jié)論 :駐穗部隊(duì) 9個(gè)公共游泳場(chǎng)所的衛(wèi)生狀況總體上看比較好 ,但仍有少數(shù)還不夠理想 ,特別是細(xì)菌總數(shù)和大腸菌群明顯超標(biāo) ,應(yīng)引起重視 ,并積極采取消毒措施加以解決。
[Abstract]:Objective: to further strengthen the sanitary management of swimming places, to ensure the health of swimmers, and to understand the hygienic condition of public swimming places in Guangzhou army. Methods: a questionnaire was designed according to the regulations on the Sanitary Administration of Swimming places (hereinafter referred to as "regulations"), which was filled out by the person in charge of the swimming place and inspected on the spot. Investigation of general situation and hygiene management; Water quality inspection was carried out in accordance with the "method of Water quality Inspection for Swimming Water", and residual chlorine was determined on the spot. Results: the sanitary status of most swimming places basically met the requirements, A small number of units are not ideal. The main manifestations are: the location and design do not meet the requirements of hygiene; the person in charge of swimming places pay less attention to the hygiene management and the concept of health prevention is weak; The bacteriological indicators do not meet the standards stipulated in the regulations. In view of the existing problems, the following suggestions for improvement are put forward: those in charge of swimming venues should be organized to strengthen their study of the regulations and be managed strictly in accordance with the regulations. Strengthen the concept of health and disease prevention; when building or renovating swimming places, health personnel should take the initiative as the health advice of relevant departments, attach great importance to the disinfection of water quality, and check the residual chlorine concentration at any time, Conclusion: the hygienic condition of 9 public swimming places in Guangzhou army is good on the whole, but a few are still not ideal, especially the total number of bacteria and coliform bacteria exceed the standard obviously. Attention should be paid and disinfection measures should be taken to solve the problem.
