持續(xù)性高正加速度重復(fù)作用導(dǎo)致大鼠損傷的自然修復(fù)模型

【摘要】:目的:建立持續(xù)性高正加速度(+G z)重復(fù)作用導(dǎo)致大鼠損傷的自然修復(fù)模型。方法:雄性W istar大鼠108只隨機(jī)分成9組,每組12只。A組為空白對(duì)照;B組地面固定5 m in;C組固定于離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)臂上,俯臥位,頭向軸心,+1G z離心5 m in;D組、E組、F組、G組、H組、I組體位同C組,+10G z離心30 s,間隔時(shí)+1G z離心60 s,連續(xù)5/d,每周4d,共4周。A、B、C、D組于離心次日處死,其余各組分別于離心后1周、2周、4周、8周和12周后次日處死,取顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)、咀嚼肌、心、肝、腎等器官組織作光鏡、電鏡觀察。結(jié)果:①動(dòng)物全部成活。②A組、B組和C組器官組織未見異常;其余各組除腎臟未見明顯異常外,心臟、肝臟和顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)、咀嚼肌呈現(xiàn)不同程度病理改變,隨時(shí)間推移,上述損傷逐步減輕、呈現(xiàn)修復(fù)改變。結(jié)論:本動(dòng)物模型重復(fù)性好,實(shí)驗(yàn)證實(shí)+G z可以導(dǎo)致心臟、肝臟和顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)、咀嚼肌損傷,并能自然修復(fù),是研究+G z導(dǎo)致機(jī)體損傷和自然修復(fù)較理想的動(dòng)物模型。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a natural repair model of injury induced by persistent high positive acceleration (G _ z) in rats. Methods: one hundred and eight male W istar rats were randomly divided into 9 groups. 12 rats in group A. were fixed on the rotating arm of centrifuge in the position of prone position in group B, the ground of group B was fixed at 5 min ~ (-1). Head axis, 1G z centrifugation for 5 min / d group, 1 G z centrifugation for 5 min / d, 1 G z centrifugation for 5 min / d, 4 weeks / week for 4 weeks, 4 weeks / day, respectively, were killed on the second day after centrifugation, and the position of group I was the same as that of group C, 10 G z for 30 s and 1 G z for 60 s, 4 days per week, respectively, and the rats in group C were killed on the second day after centrifugation. The other groups were killed at 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after centrifugation. The temporomandibular joint, masticatory muscle, heart, liver, kidney and other organs were taken for light microscope. Results No abnormality was found in the organs of group B and C, except for the kidney, the heart, liver, temporomandibular joint and masticatory muscles showed pathological changes in different degrees over time. Conclusion: this animal model has good reproducibility. The experiment proved that G z can cause damage to heart, liver, temporomandibular joint, masticatory muscle, and can be repaired naturally. It is an ideal animal model to study the damage caused by G z and natural repair.
