【摘要】：目的做好夏季野外駐訓(xùn)中的衛(wèi)生防病工作,保障參訓(xùn)學(xué)員身體健康,確保教學(xué)訓(xùn)練任務(wù)順利完成。方法回顧近2年的工作實(shí)踐,分析總結(jié)炎熱條件下參訓(xùn)學(xué)員野外駐訓(xùn)衛(wèi)勤保障的基本做法。結(jié)果總結(jié)出衛(wèi)勤保障的3點(diǎn)體會:(1)制定周密的保障計(jì)劃,做好駐訓(xùn)防病的充分準(zhǔn)備;(2)嚴(yán)格落實(shí)各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度,抓好4項(xiàng)措施到位;(3)切實(shí)抓住防病關(guān)鍵,做好重點(diǎn)預(yù)防工作。由于采取了這些有效的做法,確保了訓(xùn)練任務(wù)圓滿完成,在多次野外駐訓(xùn)中部隊(duì)未發(fā)生一起重大傷病事故,無傳染病和食物中毒發(fā)生,晝夜發(fā)病率控制在1.2‰以內(nèi)。結(jié)論實(shí)踐證明上述做法是行之有效的,各種訓(xùn)練傷病、傳染病及群體性疾病得到了有效的防控。
[Abstract]:Objective to do a good job of health and disease prevention in summer field training, to ensure the health of the trainees, and to ensure the successful completion of teaching and training tasks. This paper analyzes and summarizes the basic methods of the field medical service support for the trainees participating in the training under the hot conditions.
