【摘要】：目的研究特種兵應激后成長(posttraumatic growth,PTG)與心理彈性、自我效能和積極應對的關系。方法采用應激后成長問卷、心理彈性量表(Connor-Davidson resilience scale,CD-RISC)、簡易應對方式問卷(simplified coping style questionnaire,SCSQ)和一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES),對某特種部隊285名軍人進行方便抽樣調查。結果 1特種兵PTG總分為(54.38±19.11),CD各因子及總分、積極應對和自我效能得分與PTG各因子及總分顯著正相關(r為0.27~0.54,P0.01);2CD總分、自我效能和積極應對能較好地預測PTG,解釋率達42.2%;3心理彈性、自我效能和積極應對直接正性影響PTG,且心理彈性還可通過影響積極應對間接正性影響PTG。結論心理彈性、自我效能和積極應對是應激后成長的積極促進因素,其中積極應對部分中介了心理彈性和應激后成長的關系。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between post traumatic growth (PTG) and resilience, self-efficacy and positive coping in special forces. Connor-Davidson resilience scaleREC (simplified coping style questionnaire) and general self-efficacy scale scale (GSES) were used to survey 285 soldiers in a special military unit. Results 1 the total PTG score of SWAT was 54.38 鹵19.111.The total score of PTG was 54.38 鹵19.11 CD. The scores of positive coping and self-efficacy were significantly positively correlated with each factor and total score of PTG. The total score of P0.01 / 2CD was 0.270.54%. Self-efficacy and positive coping could better predict the scores of PTG, and the explanation rate was 42.2%. Self-efficacy and positive coping have direct positive effects on PTGs, and psychological elasticity can also affect PTGs indirectly and positively through positive coping. Conclusion Self-efficacy and positive coping are the positive factors to promote the growth of PTGs.Conclusion Self-efficacy and positive coping are the positive factors to promote the growth of PTGs after stress. Positive coping partly mediates the relationship between resilience and growth after stress.
