模擬失重大鼠動(dòng)脈血管緊張素受體基因表達(dá)的研究

【摘要】:目的探討模擬失重下大鼠不同部位動(dòng)脈血管緊張素受體mRNA表達(dá)是否發(fā)生變化。方法大鼠被隨機(jī)分為模擬失重組 (SUS)與同步對照組 (CON) ,采用尾部懸吊大鼠模型模擬失重影響。用逆轉(zhuǎn)錄 -聚合酶鏈?zhǔn)椒磻?yīng) (RT PCR)技術(shù)觀察比較模擬失重下大鼠不同部位動(dòng)脈血管緊張素兩型受體基因表達(dá)的變化。結(jié)果大鼠頸總動(dòng)脈 ,腹主動(dòng)脈及股動(dòng)脈組織均有血管緊張素Ⅱ (AngⅡ )的AT1a,AT1b及AT2 受體mRNA的表達(dá) ;而基底動(dòng)脈組織則只有AT1a和AT1bmRNA的表達(dá)。模擬失重 4周大鼠頸總動(dòng)脈、腹主動(dòng)脈、股動(dòng)脈及基底動(dòng)脈組織AngⅡ的AT1a、AT1b和AT2 受體mRNA的表達(dá) ,較對照大鼠均無顯著變化。結(jié)論模擬失重引起大鼠動(dòng)脈血管結(jié)構(gòu)與功能的變化可能不是通過血管緊張素受體的變化實(shí)現(xiàn)的
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of angiotensin receptor (mRNA) expression in different arteries of rats under simulated weightlessness. The effects of weightlessness were simulated by tail suspension in rats. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) technique was used to observe and compare the expression of angiotensin 2 receptor gene in different parts of artery of rats under simulated weightlessness. Fruit rat common carotid artery, In abdominal aorta and femoral artery, AT1aT1b and AT2 receptor mRNA were expressed in both aortic and femoral arteries, but only AT1a and AT1bmRNA were detected in basilar artery. The common carotid artery, abdominal aorta, abdominal aorta, common carotid artery and abdominal aorta in rats with simulated weightlessness for 4 weeks.
