皮質(zhì)骨中骨單元應(yīng)力集中效應(yīng)的有限元分析

【摘要】:目的建立包含骨單元的皮質(zhì)骨三維實(shí)體模型,通過有限元分析驗(yàn)證骨單元的應(yīng)力集中效應(yīng),并對(duì)應(yīng)力集中位置進(jìn)行疲勞仿真和預(yù)測(cè)。方法利用Pro/E wildfire 5.0和ANSYS 12.0軟件建立包含骨單元的皮質(zhì)骨三維實(shí)體模型,在不同軸向壓縮載荷條件下計(jì)算分析皮質(zhì)骨中局部應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變分布情況;選取關(guān)鍵位置進(jìn)行疲勞仿真,預(yù)測(cè)不同疲勞載荷強(qiáng)度下骨組織的疲勞狀態(tài)。結(jié)果軸向壓縮載荷作用下,骨單元附近會(huì)出現(xiàn)明顯的應(yīng)力集中效應(yīng),隨著壓縮載荷的增加,模型內(nèi)部病理性局部應(yīng)變的比例逐漸增大;關(guān)鍵位置的疲勞仿真結(jié)果證明了骨組織生理強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)的低疲勞風(fēng)險(xiǎn),也預(yù)測(cè)了高強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)或訓(xùn)練時(shí)骨組織疲勞骨折的高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。結(jié)論成功建立了包含骨單元的皮質(zhì)骨三維實(shí)體模型,驗(yàn)證了骨單元的應(yīng)力集中效應(yīng),預(yù)測(cè)了高強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練條件下骨組織的疲勞損傷位置和風(fēng)險(xiǎn),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果可為部隊(duì)新兵或中長跑運(yùn)動(dòng)員運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃的制定以及運(yùn)動(dòng)疲勞損傷的預(yù)防提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a three-dimensional solid model of cortical bone containing bone units and verify the stress concentration effect of bone elements by finite element analysis. Methods using Pro/E wildfire 5.0 and ANSYS 12.0 software, the three-dimensional solid model of cortical bone containing bone unit was established. The distribution of local stress and strain in cortical bone was calculated and analyzed under different axial compression loads, and fatigue simulation was carried out at key locations to predict the fatigue state of bone under different fatigue loads. The stress concentration effect appears in the vicinity of bone unit, and the proportion of pathological local strain increases gradually with the increase of compression load. The results of fatigue simulation at the key position prove that the low fatigue risk of bone tissue during physiological intensity exercise. The high risk of fatigue fracture of bone tissue during high intensity exercise or training was also predicted. Conclusion the three-dimensional solid model of cortical bone containing bone unit is successfully established and the stress concentration effect of bone unit is verified. The location and risk of fatigue injury of bone tissue under the condition of high intensity exercise training are predicted. The experimental results can provide a reference for the formulation of sports training plan and the prevention of sports fatigue injury for army recruits or middle and long distance runners.
