【摘要】：目的 :了解某部隊(duì)神經(jīng)癥的患病率、心理狀況、癥狀表現(xiàn)、個(gè)性特征與發(fā)病的關(guān)系及對(duì)策。方法 :應(yīng)用CCMD -2診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ,調(diào)查 46 39人 ,診斷明確者做SCL -90及EPQ量表測(cè)查 ,與健康和常模組對(duì)照比較。結(jié)果 :診斷神經(jīng)癥 5 6人 ,神經(jīng)癥的患病率為 12 .0 7‰ ;SCL -90總分 2 0 9.46± 6 9.6 4;陽(yáng)性項(xiàng)目數(shù) 49.98±18.2 4;陽(yáng)性項(xiàng)目均分 3 .14± 0 .84;EPQ顯示情緒不穩(wěn)定、個(gè)性傾向內(nèi)向或內(nèi)向者與健康組有極顯著的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)論 :某部隊(duì)神經(jīng)癥患病率低于全國(guó)流調(diào)水平 ,病情及癥狀表現(xiàn)已達(dá)中等程度居多 ;個(gè)性特征與患病有關(guān) ;治療時(shí)應(yīng)注意軀體化、強(qiáng)迫癥狀、人際關(guān)系、憂郁、偏執(zhí)幾方面心理障礙的改善
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the relationship between the prevalence, psychological status, symptom, personality characteristics and the incidence of neurosis in a certain army. Methods: 4639 patients were investigated by using CCMD-2 diagnostic criteria. The patients with definite diagnosis were tested with SCL 90 and EPQ scale, and compared with the healthy and normal groups. Results: 56 patients with neurosis were diagnosed.
