【摘要】：目的總結(jié)禽流感防治的做法 ,為應(yīng)對(duì)突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件提供借鑒。方法回顧 1個(gè)多月防治禽流感工作中組織指揮 ,宣傳教育 ,部隊(duì)管理等方面的實(shí)踐并進(jìn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)。結(jié)果總結(jié)出防治工作的 3點(diǎn)具體做法 :(1)及時(shí)建立健全組織 ,實(shí)施強(qiáng)有力的組織指揮 ;(2 )加強(qiáng)健康教育 ,增強(qiáng)官兵防控能力 ;(3)采取果斷措施 ,嚴(yán)格落實(shí)各項(xiàng)防控措施。由于采取這些措施 ,全區(qū)部隊(duì)未發(fā)生禽流感疫情。結(jié)論面對(duì)突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件 ,必須建立突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件應(yīng)急儲(chǔ)備體系 ,完善應(yīng)急反應(yīng)機(jī)制 ,建立戰(zhàn)區(qū)疫情報(bào)告網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系 ,確保各項(xiàng)防控措施有條不紊地進(jìn)行
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the practice of bird flu prevention and control, and to provide reference for emergency public health events. Methods Organization and command, propaganda and education in the prevention and control of avian influenza for more than one month were reviewed. The practice and experience of army management were summarized. The results showed that three concrete methods of prevention and control were: 1) to establish and improve organizations in time, and 2) to strengthen health education by carrying out strong organization and command. Strengthening the ability of officers and men to prevent and control.) to take decisive measures and strictly implement various prevention and control measures. As a result of these measures, there was no avian influenza outbreak in the troops of the whole region. Conclusion in the face of public health emergencies, It is necessary to establish the emergency reserve system of public health emergencies, perfect the emergency response mechanism, set up the network system of war zone epidemic situation report, and ensure that all preventive and control measures are carried out methodically.
