【摘要】：醫(yī)護(hù)人員的動(dòng)員工作在整個(gè)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)動(dòng)員中占據(jù)了至關(guān)重要的位置,為了更有效地針對(duì)地方醫(yī)護(hù)人員進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)時(shí)動(dòng)員,就必須對(duì)影響地方醫(yī)院醫(yī)護(hù)人員參戰(zhàn)意愿的各種因素有一個(gè)全面地把握和認(rèn)知。本研究通過大量調(diào)查和訪談,利用因子分析的方法初步建構(gòu)了一個(gè)能夠反應(yīng)影響個(gè)體參戰(zhàn)意愿的主要因素的指標(biāo)體系。
[Abstract]:The mobilization of medical and nursing personnel occupies a crucial position in the mobilization of the entire national economy. In order to more effectively target local medical and nursing personnel in wartime mobilization, It is necessary to have a comprehensive understanding of the various factors that affect the willingness of medical and nursing staff in local hospitals to participate in the war. This study is based on a large number of investigations and interviews. An index system which can reflect the main factors of individual's willingness to participate in war is constructed by using factor analysis method.
