【摘要】：目的分析Eales病在中國健康男性青年人中的發(fā)病情況。方法以2003年北京地區(qū)應(yīng)征入伍時眼科體檢的新兵為研究對象,在散瞳狀態(tài)下,用雙目間接眼底鏡對入伍新兵周邊部視網(wǎng)膜進行篩查,然后對可疑病例利用輔助檢查進一步確診。結(jié)果在調(diào)查的3288名新兵中,疑似Eales病例41例,篩檢陽性率為1.3%±0.2%,其中確診病例26例,患病率為0.8%±0.02%。結(jié)論易感人群流行病學(xué)調(diào)查在Eales病的預(yù)防、治療及發(fā)病機制的研究方面均有不容忽視的指導(dǎo)作用;血管旁白鞘和血管壁熒光素著染可視為Eales病早期確診的必要條件。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the prevalence of Eales's disease in healthy young men in China. The peripheral retina of the recruits was screened by binocular indirect fundus microscopy, and the suspected cases were further confirmed by auxiliary examination. Results among the 3288 recruits investigated, 41 were suspected to have Eales. The positive rate of screening was 1.3% 鹵0.2, of which 26 cases were confirmed and the prevalence rate was 0.8% 鹵0.02. Conclusion Epidemiological investigation of susceptible population can guide the prevention, treatment and pathogenesis of Eales disease. Fluorescein staining in vascular bypass sheath and vascular wall can be regarded as a necessary condition for early diagnosis of Eales's disease.
