【摘要】：目的 :通過陸軍航空兵空勤與地勤人員精神健康狀況的比較 ,為其心理衛(wèi)生工作提供參考 .方法 :采用康奈爾健康問卷 (CMI)對 1 2 2名直升機飛行員和地勤人員調查 .結果 :CMI總分低得分 (總分 0～ 1 4分 ) ,空勤組高于地勤組 (P 0 .0 5 ) ,M R部分低得分 (總分 0～ 9分 ) ,空勤組 99.1 8% ,明顯高于地勤組 (91 .80 % ,P 0 .0 1 ) ,有軀體和精神障礙者 (CMI總分≥ 30分 ,M R分≥ 1 0 )者 5例 (4 .1 % ) ,低于地勤組 1 5例 (1 2 .30 % ,P 0 .0 5 ) ) ,有精神障礙者 (M R分≥ 1 0 ) ,空勤組明顯低于地勤組 1 0例 (8.2 0 % ,P 0 .0 1 ) .空勤組和地勤組精神部分因子分析結果顯示 ,前兩位均為不適應和抑郁 .結論 :陸航空勤人員精神健康狀況優(yōu)于地勤人員 ,空勤人員仍存在一部分精神健康問題 ,空勤人員精神健康主要問題為不適應和抑郁 .
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the mental health status of air crew and ground crew in army aviation. Methods: 122 helicopter pilots and ground crew were investigated by Cornell Health questionnaire. The score of M R in aircrew group was higher than that in ground crew group (P 0. 0. 05), and the score of air crew group was 99. 1 8%, which was significantly higher than that of ground duty group (91. 80%, P 0. 01).
