【摘要】：目的了解部隊(duì)傳染病的發(fā)病特點(diǎn)及流行規(guī)律,以制定有效的防治措施,為保證廣大指戰(zhàn)員的健康服務(wù)。方法用全軍統(tǒng)一編發(fā)的疫情監(jiān)測(cè)管理系統(tǒng)和Excel軟件,對(duì)上報(bào)的傳染病報(bào)告卡數(shù)據(jù)資料進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和疫情分析。結(jié)果1992～2003年期間,某區(qū)部隊(duì)甲、乙、丙三類傳染病均有發(fā)生,部隊(duì)總體發(fā)病率呈逐年下降趨勢(shì),但腸道傳染病占總報(bào)告發(fā)病數(shù)的54.60%。發(fā)病居前3位的傳染病仍是病毒性肝炎、痢疾、肺結(jié)核,分別占傳染病報(bào)告發(fā)病總數(shù)的37.44%、32.06%和15.20%;流行性出血熱在前10年中一直居第4位,但從2002年后得到較好地控制。結(jié)論病毒性肝炎、痢疾和肺結(jié)核仍是該區(qū)部隊(duì)傳染病防制的重點(diǎn),流行性出血熱和性傳播疾病的防制亦不能忽視。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the epidemic characteristics and epidemic pattern of infectious diseases in the army, so as to establish effective prevention and control measures and to ensure the health services of the officers and soldiers. Methods the epidemic surveillance and management system and Excel software were used in the whole army. Results from 1992 to 2003, there were three kinds of infectious diseases in a certain area, A, B and C, and the overall incidence of infectious diseases in the army decreased year by year. However, intestinal infectious diseases accounted for 54.60% of the total reported cases. The top 3 infectious diseases were still viral hepatitis, dysentery and tuberculosis, accounting for 37.440.06% and 15.20% of the total reported infectious diseases, respectively. Epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) had been ranked 4th in the first 10 years. Conclusion viral hepatitis, dysentery and tuberculosis are still the key points in the prevention and control of infectious diseases, and the prevention and control of epidemic haemorrhagic fever and sexually transmitted diseases should not be ignored.
