【摘要】：目的了解基層部隊飲食衛(wèi)生狀況,做好飲食衛(wèi)生安全,保障廣大官兵健康。方法抽查43個單位食堂,并進行認(rèn)真總結(jié)分析。結(jié)果針對檢查存在的問題,提出加強飲食衛(wèi)生安全的對策:(1)嚴(yán)格依法,加強社會化保障單位的飲食衛(wèi)生工作監(jiān)督管理;(2)落實職責(zé)制,提高食品衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督質(zhì)量;(3)加強資金投入,提高食品安全的技術(shù)能力;(4)加強培訓(xùn),提高炊管人員的食品衛(wèi)生知識水平。結(jié)論飲食衛(wèi)生管理必須抓住每個環(huán)節(jié)的關(guān)鍵控制點,采取有效衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督管理措施,才能全面促進部隊飲食衛(wèi)生安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the situation of food hygiene in the basic units, to ensure the health of the officers and soldiers. Methods the canteens of 43 units were randomly checked, and the results were summarized and analyzed. The countermeasures of strengthening food hygiene and safety should be: (1) strictly according to law, (2) strengthening the supervision and management of food hygiene in socialized security units and (2) implementing the responsibility system, improving the quality of food hygiene supervision and strengthening the investment of funds. To improve the technical ability of food safety, we should strengthen the training and improve the food hygiene knowledge level of the cooking staff. Conclusion the food hygiene management must grasp the key control points of each link and take effective health supervision and management measures. In order to promote food safety in the army.
