【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查現(xiàn)役飛行員群體中明尼蘇達多項個性測查表的因子,了解因子T分與血型之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。方法:隨機抽取2003-03/2005-03到解放軍濟南軍區(qū)青島第二療養(yǎng)院進行健康療養(yǎng)的男性飛行員200名,均自愿參加調(diào)查。測查明尼蘇達多項個性測查表的飛行員T分值,采用主成分分析法提取精神質(zhì)因子P、神經(jīng)質(zhì)因子N、內(nèi)外向因子I、男子氣-女子氣因子M、反社會因子A、裝好-裝壞因子F共6個公因子進行方差極大旋轉,得出因子負荷矩陣,將所測人員的血型與因子T分進行相關分析。T分在40～60之間為正常范圍,在30～40或60～70之間為偏離傾向,在30分以下或70分以上為病態(tài)特征。結果:納入200名飛行員均符合量表測查標準,均進入結果分析,無脫落。①A型血飛行員中精神質(zhì)因子均分較高(58.29±8.32),提示具有較高的精神質(zhì)個性特征;裝好-裝壞因子均分較高(56.13±9.39),提示心理掩飾程度較差。內(nèi)外向因子均分較低(44.31±8.96),說明性格特征偏外向。②B型血中神經(jīng)質(zhì)因子均分偏低(40.08±9.37),提示具有較高的神經(jīng)質(zhì)個性特征。反社會因子均分較高(56.15±8.94),提示社會適應能力偏差;內(nèi)外向因子均分較高(56.26±9.37),說明性格特征偏內(nèi)向。③O型血中反社會因子均分較高(58.24±9.21),提示社會適應能力偏低。其他因子分接近標準分(50±10)。④AB型血中精神質(zhì)和神經(jīng)質(zhì)因子分較高(57.26±9.18,58.24±8.59),說明該型血精神質(zhì)個性特征高而神經(jīng)質(zhì)個性特征低;男子氣-女子氣因子均分低(42.18±8.32),提示男子氣傾向;裝好-裝壞因子均分低(42.59±9.44),提示心理掩飾程度較好。結論:明尼蘇達多項個性測查表因子分析能夠反映現(xiàn)役飛行員的心理素質(zhì),血型不同因子均分也有一定區(qū)別,說明人的個性特征與其血型有一定的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the factors of Minnesota personality checklist in active pilots. Methods: 200 male pilots who were randomly selected from March 2005 to March 2005 in Qingdao sanatorium of Jinan military region of PLA for healthy convalescence, All of them volunteered to take part in the investigation. The pilots'T scores were measured on the Minnesota multiple Personality inventory. Principal component analysis (PCA) was used to extract psychotic factor (P), neurotic factor (N), extroversion factor (I), gas factor (M) for men and women (M), antisocial factor (A), and factorial factor (F) for maximum variance rotation, and factor load matrix was obtained. The correlation between blood type and factor T score was analyzed. The normal range of T score was between 40 and 60, and the deviation tendency was between 30 ~ 40 or 60 ~ (70). Results: all the 200 pilots were in accordance with the standard of the scale, and all of them were involved in the analysis of the results. The average score of psychotic factors in non-exfoliated blood pilots was 58.29 鹵8.32, which indicated that the pilots had higher psychotic personality characteristics. The average score of good and bad factor is higher than 56.13 鹵9.39, which indicates that the average score of introversion factor is lower than that of introversion factor (44.31 鹵8.96), which indicates that the average score of neurotic factor in extraverted .2B blood is lower than 40.08 鹵9.370.It indicates that the average score of neurotic factor is higher than that of neurotic personality. The average score of antisocial factors was 56.15 鹵8.94, indicating the deviation of social adaptability; The average score of introversion and extroversion factors was 56.26 鹵9.37, which indicated that the average score of antisocial factors in blood of introverted .3O type was higher (58.24 鹵9.21), suggesting that the social adaptation ability was low, and the other factor scores were close to the standard score (50 鹵100.4AB), and the scores of psychotic and neurotic factors were higher in blood of introverted .3O type. 57.26 鹵9.18 鹵58.24 鹵8.59, indicating that the blood psychoticism is high and the neuroticism is low. The mean score of male and female gas factor was 42.18 鹵8.32, which indicated that the average score of male gas and bad factor was 42.59 鹵9.44 and 42.59 鹵9.44, respectively. Conclusion: Minnesota multiple personality check table factor analysis can reflect the psychological quality of pilots in active service. There are also differences in the mean scores of different blood type factors, indicating that there is a certain internal relationship between personality characteristics and blood type.
