【摘要】：目的　探討家兔胸部槍傷瞬時及早期心功能變化及其機(jī)制 .方法　家兔 18只 ,隨機(jī)平分為 3組 ,A:胸部穿透傷組 ,B:預(yù)扎肋間血管致傷組 ,C:人工氣胸后致傷組 ,B,C為對照組 .各組分別用小口徑步槍致傷 ,連續(xù)監(jiān)測心率 ,動脈壓 ,靜脈壓 ,左室內(nèi)壓 ,左室內(nèi)壓最大上升和下降速率 .結(jié)果　 A組槍傷瞬間血壓即刻呈單波峰升高 ,達(dá)傷前的 ( 1.6± 0 .1)倍 ,而后迅速下降 ,1min后回升至傷前的 ( 0 .8± 0 .1)倍 ,然后又逐漸下降 .靜脈壓瞬時上升 ( 10 .9± 1.6 )倍 ,并隨即下降 ,心率瞬時下降而后很快恢復(fù) ,左室內(nèi)壓及左室內(nèi)壓最大上升和下降速率在致傷瞬
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes and mechanism of cardiac function in the instantaneous and early stage of chest gunshot wound in rabbits. They were randomly divided into 3 groups: group A: group B: group B: preligation of intercostal vascular injury group: group C: group C caused by artificial pneumothorax as control group, each group was treated with small caliber rifle, heart rate, arterial pressure and venous pressure were continuously monitored. Results the blood pressure of group A was increased by a single wave at the moment of gunshot injury, and reached (1.6 鹵0.1) times of that before the injury. The venous pressure increased by (10. 9 鹵1. 6) times, and then decreased, and the heart rate decreased quickly, and the heart rate decreased quickly after 1 min of rapid decrease, and then gradually decreased, and the venous pressure increased (10. 9 鹵1. 6) times. Left ventricular pressure and maximal rise and fall rate of left ventricular pressure in transient injury
