【摘要】：本文報告了全軍預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)中心在總后衛(wèi)生部正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下 ,堅持面向部隊 ,全心全意為部隊服務(wù)的方針 ,“九五”期間著重做的幾項工作。內(nèi)容包括 :( 1)著眼發(fā)展 ,積極組織開展預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)研究 ;( 2 )立足當(dāng)前 ,努力為部隊衛(wèi)生防疫工作專業(yè)技術(shù)指導(dǎo)和咨詢服務(wù) ;( 3)遵循科學(xué)原則 ,組織制訂軍用衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、法規(guī) ,推動部隊衛(wèi)生管理工作的規(guī)范化進程 ;( 4 )發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢 ,開展多種形式的技術(shù)培訓(xùn) ,培養(yǎng)了一批專業(yè)技術(shù)人才 ;( 5)依靠專家 ,圓滿完成各項重大突發(fā)事件的衛(wèi)生保障任務(wù) ;( 6)積極協(xié)調(diào) ,認真組織“全軍‘九五’除害滅病規(guī)劃”檢查落實 ,促進部隊愛國衛(wèi)生工作不斷上臺階等 10個方面的工作成績。最后指出 ,取得的成績雖然顯著 ,但與部隊預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)事業(yè)的發(fā)展和總部的要求還有很大差距。并且相信 ,在“十五”期間 ,“中心”成員團結(jié)一致 ,共同努力 ,一定能夠把工作做得更好 ,為我軍預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)的發(fā)展做出新貢獻
[Abstract]:This paper reports that under the correct leadership of the Ministry of Health, the PLA Preventive Medicine Center has adhered to the policy of facing the armed forces and serving the army wholeheartedly. During the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, several important tasks have been done. The contents include: (1) focusing on development. Actively organize and carry out scientific research in preventive medicine (2) based on the current situation, strive to provide professional and technical guidance and advisory services for the work of health and epidemic prevention in military units (3) follow the scientific principles, organize and formulate military health standards and regulations, To promote the standardization of health management in the army (4) to give full play to their advantages, to carry out various forms of technical training, and to train a group of professional and technical personnel (5) to rely on experts. (6) coordinate actively and conscientiously organize the inspection and implementation of the Ninth Five-Year Plan for the Control of Diseases and Diseases of the whole Army. Finally, it is pointed out that although the achievements have been remarkable, they are still far from the development of preventive medicine in the armed forces and the requirements of headquarters. During the period of "15", the members of the "Center" will unite and make joint efforts to do a better job and make a new contribution to the development of preventive medicine in our army.
