【摘要】：目的建立我國常駐青藏高原陸軍軍人癥狀自評量表(symptom check list 90,SCL-90)2017版常模。方法采用SCL-90量表,采用整群抽樣的方法,選取常駐青藏高原地區(qū)46個陸軍單位10 239名軍人為對象進行測評。結果 (1)常駐青藏高原陸軍軍人SCL-90多數(shù)因子得分顯著低于1999版、2005版和2016版軍人常模(P0.01),但軀體化因子得分顯著高于2005版和2016版常模(P0.01);(2)高原男性軍人軀體化得分顯著高于2016版男性常模(P0.01),獨生子女在7個因子得分上顯著低于非獨生子女(P0.05,P0.01),高中和中專組抑郁得分最低,本科大專及以上組偏執(zhí)得分最高,雙親家庭軍人的因子得分均顯著低于單親家庭(P0.05,P0.01);(3)士官軀體化、強迫、人際敏感、敵對、恐怖得分最高,士兵的抑郁、偏執(zhí)得分最低(P0.05,P0.01);指揮類軍人軀體化因子得分最低,后勤類軍人在強迫、抑郁因子得分上顯著低于政工類和其他類軍人(P0.01);(4)除恐怖和精神性因子外,常駐青藏高原陸軍軍人因子得分在不同海拔高度上差異存在統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05,P0.01)。結論建立了常駐青藏高原陸軍軍人癥狀自評量表的總體常模、性別常模、獨生子女常模、家庭結構常模、文化程度常模、職級常模、工作類型常模和海拔高度常模。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish China's resident Tibetan Plateau army symptom checklist (symptom check list 90, SCL-90) the 2017 edition of the norm. Methods SCL-90 scale, using the method of cluster sampling, selected permanent Qinghai Tibet Plateau 46 army unit 10239 soldiers as the object for evaluation. Results (1) in Tibet Plateau army SCL-90 most factor scores were significantly lower than that of the 1999 edition, 2005 edition and 2016 edition of the norm (P0.01), but the somatization factor score was significantly higher than that of the 2005 edition and 2016 edition of the norm (P0.01); (2) male soldiers plateau somatization score significantly higher than the 2016 version of norm (P0.01), the only child in the 7 factor score was significantly lower than the non only child (P0.05, P0.01), high school and secondary school group had the lowest score, undergraduate diploma and above group paranoia score the highest scores of family soldiers were significantly lower than those of single parent families (P0.05, P0.01); (3) Sergeant Somatization, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, hostility, fear the highest score, the lowest score of soldiers depression, paranoia (P0.05, P0.01); the military command somatization factor score lowest class in military logistics force, depression factor score was significantly lower than that in the political class and other types of people (P0.01); (4) in addition to terror and spiritual factor, resident Tibetan Plateau army factor score in different altitude, there were statistically significant differences (P0.05, P0.01). Conclusion the resident Tibetan Plateau army symptom self rating scale of the general norm, not the norm, the one-child norm, the norm of family structure, cultural degree the norm of the rank norm, the type of work norm and the altitude of the norm.
