【摘要】：目的研究采用隔熱及通風的防結(jié)露措施后空間飛行器密封艙壁的質(zhì)量構(gòu)成特點 ,為艙壁的輕量化設(shè)計提供依據(jù)。方法建立了艙壁傳熱過程的物理數(shù)學模型和質(zhì)量構(gòu)成模型 ,對結(jié)露臨界工況下影響質(zhì)量增量的幾個因素進行了分析。結(jié)果在其它條件不變時 ,隨著通風量的增加 ,系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量增量會先減小然后增大 ,存在最小值及相應的臨界通風量。找出了通風量、隔熱層表面黑度及隔熱層導熱系數(shù)對質(zhì)量增量的影響規(guī)律以及露點變化的影響。結(jié)論較小的隔熱層導熱系數(shù) ,較低的外表面黑度和較高的內(nèi)表面黑度 ,均有利于艙壁質(zhì)量增量的降低。
[Abstract]:Aim to study the characteristics of mass composition of sealed bulkhead of space vehicle after using heat insulation and ventilation to prevent condensation, and to provide basis for lightweight design of bulkhead. Methods physical mathematical model and mass constitution model of heat transfer process of bulkhead are established. Several factors affecting mass increment under the critical condition of condensation are analyzed. The results show that the mass increment of the system decreases first and then increases with the increase of ventilation when other conditions are not changed. There is a minimum value and corresponding critical ventilation. The effects of ventilation rate, surface blackness and thermal conductivity of heat insulation layer on mass increment and the variation of dew point are found. Lower outer surface blackness and higher inner surface blackness are beneficial to the decrease of bulkhead mass increment.
