【摘要】：目的探討低G鍛煉對高G致大鼠記憶功能和平衡能力改變的影響。方法 32只雄性SD大鼠隨機分為對照組、+ 1 0Gz/5min組、鍛煉 3d組和鍛煉 5d組 4組 ,每組 8只。鍛煉組分別在 + 1 0Gz/5min暴露前進行 3d或 5d的 + 4Gz/3min鍛煉 ( 1次 /d)。觀察單次 + 1 0Gz/5min暴露后即刻、1d、2d、4d和 6d大鼠記憶功能和平衡能力的變化。結(jié)果 + 1 0Gz組大鼠在 +Gz暴露后各時間點正確率較對照組均顯著降低 (P 0 .0 1 ) ,反應(yīng)時均顯著延長 (P 0 .0 1 ) ,平衡能力在暴露后即刻及 2d時顯著變差(P 0 .0 1 )。 + 4Gz/3min鍛煉 3d組正確率在暴露后 1d、2d和 6d較對照組顯著降低 (P 0 .0 5 ) ,在2d、4d和 6d時較 + 1 0Gz組顯著升高 (P 0 .0 1 ) ;反應(yīng)時在暴露后各時間點較對照組均顯著延長 (P0 .0 5 ) ,在 1d、2d、4d和 6d時較 + 1 0Gz組顯著縮短 (P 0 .0 1 ) ;平衡能力在暴露后即刻及 2d時較+ 1 0Gz組顯著好轉(zhuǎn) (P 0 .0 1 )。 + 4Gz/3min鍛煉 5d組正確率和反應(yīng)時在暴露后各時間點較對照組均無顯著差異 ;在暴露后 1d、2d、4d和 6d較 + 1 0Gz組顯著改善 (P 0 .0 1 ) ;平衡能力在暴露后即刻及 2d時較 + 1 0Gz組顯著好轉(zhuǎn) (P 0 .0 1 )。結(jié)論 + 4Gz/3min鍛煉對高G致大鼠記憶功能損害和平衡能力具有一定的保護作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of low G exercise on memory function and balance ability of rats induced by high G. Methods 32 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, 10 Gz / 5 min group, 3 day exercise group and 5 day exercise group. There were 8 rats in each group. The rats in the exercise group were given 4 Gz / 3 min exercise for 3 days or 5 days before exposure to 10 Gz / 5 min. The memory function and balance ability of the rats were observed immediately after 10 Gz / 5 min exposure for 4 days and 6 days. The correct rate of 10 Gz group at all time points after Gz exposure was significantly lower than that of control group (P 0. 01). The response time was significantly prolonged (P 0. 01), and the balance ability became worse immediately after exposure and 2 days after exposure. The accuracy rate of 3d exercise group with 4 Gz / 3 min was significantly lower than that of the control group on the 1st day, 2nd day and 6th day after exposure (P 0. 05). P0. 01 (P 0. 01) was significantly increased at 2 d and 6 d compared with 10 Gz group, P 0. 0. 0 5 at each time point after exposure, and significantly shorter than that of 10 Gz group at 1 d, 2 d and 6 d, and P 0. 0 1 at 1 d, 2 d and 6 d, respectively. There was no significant difference in the correct rate and reaction time between the control group and the control group in the balance ability at the moment after exposure and at 2 days after exposure compared with that in the 10 Gz group (P 0. 01). 4 Gz / 3 min exercise for 5 d group showed no significant difference in correct rate and reaction time compared with the control group. At 1 d, 2 d and 6 d after exposure, it was significantly improved than that of 1.0 Gz group (P 0. 01). The balance ability was significantly better than that of 1.0 Gz group immediately after exposure and 2 days after exposure. Conclusion 4Gz / 3 min exercise has a certain protective effect on memory impairment and balance ability of rats induced by high G. [WT5HZ] [WT5BZ] [WT5BZ] [WT5 "BZ] [WT5" BZ] [WT5 "BZ]
