【摘要】：目的對部隊基層開展心理衛(wèi)生工作的情況進行廣泛調(diào)查 ,使軍隊的心理衛(wèi)生培訓(xùn)教育和科研工作更具有針對性和實效性。方法群體訪談、問卷調(diào)查和實地參觀。結(jié)果調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn) ,部隊基層心理衛(wèi)生工作已受到各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的重視 ,多數(shù)單位都已起步 ,工作開展好的單位已初見成效。但同時也存在著一些亟待解決的問題 ,如各單位之間發(fā)展不平衡 ,專業(yè)人員匱乏 ,教材與設(shè)備不足 ,機構(gòu)、體制不順 ,以及部分單位對該項工作認(rèn)識不清、定位不準(zhǔn)等。結(jié)論應(yīng)進一步完善和發(fā)展我軍的心理衛(wèi)生教育、培訓(xùn)體系 ,理順部隊各部門之間的協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系 ,加強上級機關(guān)的指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督 ,注重這項工作的科學(xué)性和實效性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the situation of mental health work at the basic level of the army so as to make the mental health training education and scientific research in the army more targeted and effective. Results the investigation found that the mental health work at the grass-roots level had been attached importance to by leaders at all levels, and most units had started. But there are still some problems to be solved, such as the imbalance of development among the units, the shortage of professional personnel, the shortage of teaching materials and equipment, and the organization. The system is not good, and some units do not have a clear understanding of the work, and so on. Conclusion the psychological health education and training system of our army should be further improved and developed. We should straighten out the coordination among the various departments of the armed forces, strengthen the guidance and supervision of the higher authorities, and pay attention to the scientific and effective nature of this work.
