【摘要】：筆者從我軍醫(yī)療保障制度的現(xiàn)狀、現(xiàn)行醫(yī)療保障體制存在的問題等方面對軍隊醫(yī)療保障制度改革有關(guān)問題進(jìn)行了分析 ,認(rèn)為突出保障對象的重點和主次 ;多渠道籌集保障經(jīng)費(fèi) ,對醫(yī)療費(fèi)用的結(jié)算進(jìn)行改革 ;更新觀念 ,醫(yī)療保障水平要與社會主義初級階段的國情相適應(yīng) ;觸及單位、個人的實際利益 ;加強(qiáng)醫(yī)患間的雙相控制和充分利用國家深化勞動就業(yè)、人事制度、醫(yī)療保障制度改革契機(jī) ,減輕軍隊負(fù)擔(dān)是現(xiàn)階段軍隊醫(yī)療保障制度改革需要重視的幾個問題。
[Abstract]:The author analyzes the problems related to the reform of the military medical security system from the aspects of the present situation of the medical security system of our army and the problems existing in the current medical security system, and points out that the key points and the primary and secondary aspects of the guarantee object should be emphasized. Multi-channel raising of security funds to reform the settlement of medical expenses; Renew the concept that the level of medical security should be adapted to the national conditions of the primary stage of socialism; The actual interests of the unit and the individual are touched; Strengthen the dual control between doctors and patients and make full use of the opportunity to deepen the reform of labor employment, personnel system and medical security system. Lightening the military burden is a few problems that need to be paid attention to in the reform of military medical security system at present.
