【摘要】：目的 :探討以溶栓、擴血管、高壓氧、植皮為主的綜合性治療家兔燒凍復合傷的療效 ,為臨床治療提供依據。方法 :在寒區(qū)自然條件下制作燒凍復合傷的模型 ,于傷后 4h按不同的治療方法分成對照組、常規(guī)治療組和綜合治療組。結果 :對照組及常規(guī)治療組創(chuàng)面水腫分別于傷后 13d治療后 10d消失 ,兩組皮溫基本保持在 2 5℃水平 ,常規(guī)治療組 5d后皮片開始有生長 ,2周后 75 %皮片成活。綜合治療組治療 1d后水腫開始消退 ,7d水腫消失 ,其創(chuàng)面皮溫在治療過程中基本保持在 30℃水平 ,3d后所植皮片生長 ,10d后表皮完全修復。皮片生長速度兩組比較有顯著差異 (P 0 .0 1)。結論 :燒凍復合傷在積極采用溶栓、擴張血管的基礎上 ,再輔助高壓氧、植皮等治療 ,療效顯著
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the efficacy of thrombolytic therapy, vasodilation, hyperbaric oxygen and skin grafting in the treatment of combined burn injury in rabbits. Methods: the model of combined burn and freezing injury was made under natural conditions in cold region. The model was divided into two groups according to different treatment methods at 4 hours after injury.
