【摘要】：目的 :為了監(jiān)測在嚴(yán)寒條件下部隊(duì)施工中的發(fā)病情況 ,積累衛(wèi)生防病經(jīng)驗(yàn) ,探討衛(wèi)生防病保障指施。方法 :采用遂行部隊(duì)深入現(xiàn)場調(diào)查的方法 ,對 1998年 11月參加某地段國防光纜施工的 6 580名官兵施工期間患病情況作了調(diào)查。結(jié)果 :調(diào)查結(jié)果表明 ,晝夜發(fā)病率 4 .8‰ ,總住院率 0 .91‰ ,總后送率 0 .4 9‰ ,傳染病總發(fā)病率為 34.5‰ ,其中傳染性腹瀉發(fā)病率為 3‰ ,疥瘡發(fā)病率為 1.52‰ ;患病率較高的四種疾病依次為上呼吸道感染、關(guān)節(jié)肌肉韌帶勞損、外傷、手足、口角皮膚皸裂。結(jié)論 :嚴(yán)寒季節(jié)國防光纜施工部隊(duì)官兵患病率較高 ,應(yīng)當(dāng)引起重視。通過對患病原因的分析 ,所提出的幾點(diǎn)對策對在寒冷環(huán)境下部隊(duì)施工衛(wèi)生防病保障提供了參考依據(jù)。
