【摘要】：醫(yī)技質(zhì)量是醫(yī)療質(zhì)量的重要組成部分,近年來,隨著醫(yī)技科室在醫(yī)療活動中作用的變化,其所占比重不斷增大,加之高精尖設(shè)備不斷引入,醫(yī)技科室在醫(yī)院的地位日趨增強。目前,針對醫(yī)技科室指標評價方面的研究尚不很多,偶有也局限于單個專業(yè)的縱向研究,而針對醫(yī)院整個醫(yī)技質(zhì)量評價指標體系的研究,鮮見報道。故科學(xué)合理地建立醫(yī)技科室質(zhì)量指標評價體系,加強醫(yī)技科室質(zhì)量評價,以促進醫(yī)院全面質(zhì)量提高,是各個醫(yī)院亟待解決的問題。 本研究首先把醫(yī)技科室專業(yè)的質(zhì)量評價指標從用途上分類為數(shù)量指標、質(zhì)量指標、效率指標和管理指標,并將這四項指標作為醫(yī)技科室質(zhì)量評價體系的Ⅰ類指標,以增強各醫(yī)技科室質(zhì)量評價指標的可比性。然后我們把結(jié)構(gòu)指標、過程指標、結(jié)果指標分解后,作為Ⅱ類指標整合到Ⅰ類指標下。運用Delphi 法,分兩輪請醫(yī)技科室主任和醫(yī)院管理專家,對Ⅰ類和Ⅱ類指標存在的合理性和權(quán)重提出意見,以確定最后的指標并測算出相應(yīng)的權(quán)重。通過對某軍隊大型醫(yī)院醫(yī)技科室的情況進行實測,構(gòu)建軍隊大型醫(yī)院醫(yī)技科室醫(yī)療質(zhì)量指標評價體系。 結(jié)果證明:該指標體系具有較強的實用性和可操作性。本研究對構(gòu)建軍隊大型醫(yī)院醫(yī)技科室醫(yī)療質(zhì)量指標評價體系進行了初步探討,取得了一定的成效。
[Abstract]:The quality of medical technology is an important part of the quality of medical treatment. In recent years, with the changes of the role of the department of medical technology in medical activities, its proportion continues to increase, coupled with the introduction of high-precision equipment. The status of the department of medical technology in the hospital is increasing. At present, the research on the evaluation of the index of the department of medical technology is not much, and occasionally limited to the longitudinal study of a single specialty. However, there are few reports on the research on the evaluation index system of the whole hospital medical technology quality. Therefore, the evaluation system of the medical technology department quality index should be established scientifically and reasonably, and the quality evaluation of the medical technology department should be strengthened in order to promote the improvement of the total quality of the hospital. It is an urgent problem to be solved in various hospitals. In this study, the quality evaluation index of medical technology department is classified as quantitative index, quality index, efficiency index and management index. And the four indicators as the quality evaluation system of the Department of Medical Technology I indicators, in order to enhance the comparability of the quality evaluation indicators of medical departments. Then we decompose the structural indicators, process indicators, results indicators. Delphi method was used to ask medical department directors and hospital management experts in two rounds to put forward opinions on the rationality and weight of class 鈪，
