100kV管電壓在256層螺旋CT冠狀動(dòng)脈造影中的應(yīng)用

目的 在回顧性心電門控冠狀動(dòng)脈CTA檢查中,比較100kV管電壓、1000mAs管電流掃描模式與120kV管電壓、800mAs管電流掃描模式下的圖像質(zhì)量與輻射劑量的關(guān)系。 材料和方法 70例體重指數(shù)正;颊弑浑S機(jī)分為兩組,每組患者35例。第一組患者(男18例,女17例;平均年齡56.94±11.51歲)行回顧性心電門控冠狀動(dòng)脈CTA檢查,采用100kV管電壓、1000mAs管電流掃描模式。第二組患者(男21例,女14例;平均年齡54.03±9.81歲)行回顧性心電門控冠狀動(dòng)脈CTA檢查,采用120kV管電壓、800mAs管電流掃描模式。掃描完成后,兩名放射醫(yī)師獨(dú)立對(duì)冠狀動(dòng)脈的圖像質(zhì)量進(jìn)行主觀評(píng)價(jià)和客觀評(píng)價(jià)。主觀評(píng)價(jià)采用5分法?陀^評(píng)價(jià)通過信號(hào)噪聲比、對(duì)比度噪聲比進(jìn)行分析。輻射劑量通過CT劑量容積指數(shù)(CTDIvol)、劑量長(zhǎng)度乘積(DLP)、有效劑量(ED)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),轉(zhuǎn)換系數(shù)為k=0.014mSv mGy-1cm-1。 結(jié)果 100kV管電壓、1000mAs管電流掃描模式的下圖像質(zhì)量的客觀評(píng)價(jià)優(yōu)于較120kV管電壓、800mAs管電流掃描模式(mean SNR,36.65±2.95vs...
