經(jīng)典Wnt信號(hào)通路在放射性腸損傷中的研究進(jìn)展

放射治療(Radiation therapy,RT)是腫瘤常用的治療手段,是多種放射源的重要組成部分。RT通過殺死腫瘤細(xì)胞為腫瘤治療做出了重大貢獻(xiàn)。然而,腸道等快速更新的組織是人體對(duì)輻射最敏感的器官,在腹腔內(nèi)或盆腔惡性腫瘤治療過程中,不可避免受到照射,隨后表現(xiàn)為放射性腸損傷。目前,廣為接受的輻射損傷防護(hù)假說涉及經(jīng)典Wnt信號(hào)通路(即Wnt/β-catenin),激活Wnt/β-catenin信號(hào)通路能保護(hù)腸道上皮免受輻射損傷,其潛在的機(jī)制包括誘導(dǎo)腸道隱窩干細(xì)胞再生、清除ROS等。本文就腸道放射性損傷特點(diǎn)、經(jīng)典Wnt信號(hào)通路及其在放射性腸損傷中的研究進(jìn)展作一綜述。
