目的研究多層螺旋CT測定全肝體積與脾臟體積之比（TLV/SV）對肝硬化的診斷價值。方法 2016年10月～2019年10月我院收治的肝硬化患者138例和同期良性肝病或體檢者130例,均行多層螺旋CT動態(tài)增強檢查,應(yīng)用Add/Remove Structure軟件測量全肝體積（TLV）、右半肝體積（RV）、左內(nèi)葉體積（LMV）、左外葉體積（LLV）、尾狀葉體積（CV）、脾臟體積（SV）及TLV/RV、TLV/LMV、TLV/LLV、TLV/CV和TLV/SV比值。結(jié)果肝硬化組TLV、RV和LMV分別為（1078.2±315.7） cm³、（543.8±186.5） cm³和（163.6±73.7） cm³,顯著低于對照組【分別為（1470.4±199.7） cm³、（933.3±174.1）cm³和（216.2±40.1） cm³,P<0.05】,肝硬化組LLV和SV分別為（327.8±121.9） cm³和（863.4±396.8...
