【摘要】：正眼部外傷的法醫(yī)臨床學(xué)鑒定,由于基層單位受技術(shù)及儀器設(shè)備的限制,鑒定主要是依據(jù)臨床醫(yī)生的診斷資料,其鑒定質(zhì)量往往受限于傷者就診醫(yī)院的醫(yī)療水平及臨床醫(yī)生的工作態(tài)度。單純的外傷性瞳孔散大在鈍性暴力所造成的眼外傷中出現(xiàn)的幾率較少,其法醫(yī)學(xué)鑒定更是受限于以上因素,筆者報(bào)告3例外傷性瞳孔散大的案例,供同行參考。
[Abstract]:Due to the limitation of technology and equipment, the identification of orthopedic trauma is mainly based on the diagnostic data of clinicians, and the quality of identification is often limited by the medical level of the hospital and the working attitude of clinicians. Simple traumatic pupil dilatation is less likely to occur in ocular trauma caused by blunt violence, and its forensic identification is limited by the above factors. Three cases of traumatic pupil dilatation are reported for reference.
