某部隊(duì)院校新入學(xué)兵冬季群體性呼吸道傳染病特點(diǎn)分析及對策

【摘要】:目的探討北方部隊(duì)院校新入學(xué)兵冬季群體性呼吸道傳染病的發(fā)病特點(diǎn),為開展衛(wèi)生防病提供依據(jù)。方法選擇某部隊(duì)院校新入學(xué)兵為監(jiān)測對象,采用連續(xù)監(jiān)測的方法,對新入學(xué)兵冬季呼吸道傳染的發(fā)病情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,了解其變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果對2012-2016年某部隊(duì)院校新入學(xué)兵進(jìn)行調(diào)查,共監(jiān)測新入學(xué)兵7172人,出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、扁桃體炎等上呼吸道感染781例,占全部學(xué)兵的10.89%;其中出現(xiàn)肺部感染63例,占0.88%。經(jīng)對2016年170例發(fā)熱、扁桃體炎等上呼吸道感染的新入學(xué)兵進(jìn)行病原學(xué)檢測,有61例檢測出致病病原體,占35.9%,其中乙型流感病毒42例,占68.85%;腺病毒感染9例,占14.75%;兩種以上病毒混合感染7例,占11.48%;甲型流感病毒3例,占4.92%。結(jié)論北方部隊(duì)院校新入學(xué)兵有其特殊規(guī)律性,針對新入學(xué)兵的特點(diǎn)開展工作,加強(qiáng)健康教育與監(jiān)測,密切部隊(duì)與醫(yī)院間的溝通與聯(lián)絡(luò),主動上門服務(wù),提早做好預(yù)防,是預(yù)防冬季呼吸道傳染病的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the incidence characteristics of group respiratory infectious diseases in winter among new recruits in northern military colleges and universities, and to provide evidence for health and disease prevention. Methods the incidence of respiratory tract infection in winter was statistically analyzed by using the method of continuous monitoring, and the changing law was understood. Results from 2012 to 2016, a total of 7172 new recruits were monitored, including 781 cases of upper respiratory tract infections such as fever and tonsillitis, accounting for 10.89% of all the soldiers, of which 63 cases (0.88%) had pulmonary infections. 170 new recruits with upper respiratory tract infections, such as fever and tonsillitis, were detected by etiological examination in 2016. 61 cases (35.9%) were pathogenic pathogens, including 42 cases (68.85%) of type B influenza virus, 9 cases (14.75%) of adenoviral infection, 7 cases (11.48%) of mixed infection of more than two viruses and 3 cases (4.92%) of influenza A virus. Conclusion the new recruits in northern military colleges and universities have their special regularity. The key to prevent respiratory infectious diseases in winter is to carry out work according to the characteristics of new recruits, to strengthen health education and monitoring, to strengthen communication and communication between troops and hospitals, to take the initiative to provide door-to-door service and to prevent respiratory infectious diseases in winter.
