多層螺旋CT血管成像聯(lián)合三維重建技術(shù)在主動脈夾層動脈瘤診斷中的應(yīng)用價值

【摘要】:目的探討多層螺旋CT血管成像聯(lián)合三維重建技術(shù)在診斷主動脈夾層動脈瘤中的應(yīng)用價值。方法選擇2012年6月~2014年1月我院收治的44例主動脈夾層動脈瘤患者作為研究對象。所有患者均行多層螺旋CT胸腹部掃描,采用最大密度投影、多平面重建、曲面重建、容積重現(xiàn)等技術(shù)對其進行三維重建,根據(jù)重建圖像進行診斷,并與DSA檢查結(jié)果進行比較。結(jié)果 CT檢查結(jié)果與DSA檢查結(jié)果具有較高的一致性,二者比較無顯著差異(P0.05)。多層螺旋CT對主動脈夾層累及范圍、腔內(nèi)血栓、管壁鈣化及破裂情況具有較高的診斷準確率。結(jié)論多層螺旋CT血管成像聯(lián)合三維重建技術(shù)在主動脈夾層動脈瘤的病情評價、病變部位及累及范圍的定位等方面具有較高的價值,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography combined with three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of aortic dissecting aneurysm. Methods from June 2012 to January 2014, 44 patients with aortic dissecting aneurysm were selected as the subjects. All patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT chest and abdomen scanning. Maximum density projection, multi-plane reconstruction, surface reconstruction and volume reconstruction were used to reconstruct them. The reconstructed images were diagnosed according to the reconstructed images, and the results were compared with those of DSA. Results the results of CT were in good agreement with those of DSA, and there was no significant difference between them (P 0.05). Multi-slice spiral CT has high diagnostic accuracy in the extent of aortic dissection, intracavitary thrombus, wall calcification and rupture. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT angiography combined with three-dimensional reconstruction is of great value in the evaluation of aortic dissecting aneurysm, the location and extent of aortic dissecting aneurysm, and is worthy of clinical application.
