復(fù)合氨基酸制劑對(duì)有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)大鼠肝臟、腎臟羰基化蛋白含量影響的研究

【摘要】:為了探討同時(shí)補(bǔ)充Tau和BCAA對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)體的影響,選用50只健康雄性SD大鼠適應(yīng)性喂養(yǎng)后隨機(jī)分為安靜對(duì)照組(CG),運(yùn)動(dòng)組(EG),運(yùn)動(dòng)服Tau組(ETG),運(yùn)動(dòng)服BCAA組(EBG)和運(yùn)動(dòng)服復(fù)合氨基酸組(ETBG),每組10只。CG組不運(yùn)動(dòng),其余全部按運(yùn)動(dòng)方案進(jìn)行8周有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練,其中最后一次運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)所有大鼠采用遞增負(fù)荷跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)至力竭,即刻取肝臟和腎臟組織,檢測(cè)其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽過(guò)氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和過(guò)氧化氫酶(CAT)的活性,丙二醛(MDA)和蛋白質(zhì)羰基含量。通過(guò)測(cè)定相關(guān)抗氧化酶的活性以及MDA和蛋白質(zhì)羰基含量來(lái)分析其對(duì)大鼠機(jī)體的保護(hù)作用。大鼠肝臟內(nèi)各指標(biāo)的測(cè)定結(jié)果:在所有五個(gè)指標(biāo)的測(cè)定結(jié)果中,ETBG、ETG和EBG三個(gè)組與CG組、EG組比較均具有顯著性差異(P0.05;P0.01);在CAT活性,MDA以及蛋白質(zhì)羰基含量三個(gè)指標(biāo)中ETBG組與ETG組、EBG組比較有顯著性差異(P0.05;P0.01);在SOD、GSH-Px活性的結(jié)果中,ETBG組與ETG組比較有顯著性差異(P0.05;P0.01);腎臟的各指標(biāo)測(cè)定結(jié)果:除CAT活性以外的四個(gè)指標(biāo)的測(cè)定結(jié)果中,ETBG、ETG和EBG三個(gè)組與CG組、EG組比較均具有顯著性差異(P0.05;P0.01),并且ETBG組與ETG組、EBG組比較有顯著性差異(P0.05;P0.01);在CAT的測(cè)定結(jié)果中,ETG和EBG兩個(gè)組跟CG組比較有非常顯著性差異(P0.01),跟EG組比較有升高的趨勢(shì),但無(wú)顯著性差異,其中ETBG組跟CG組和EG組都有顯著性差異(P0.01)。結(jié)論:8周遞增負(fù)荷有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練可提高力竭運(yùn)動(dòng)大鼠肝臟和腎臟內(nèi)SOD、GSH-Px、CAT等抗氧化酶的活性,降低其MDA和蛋白質(zhì)羰基化的含量,但是本次實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)這種作用并不顯著;8周遞增負(fù)荷有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練結(jié)合灌服牛磺酸或支鏈氨基酸都可顯著提高力竭運(yùn)動(dòng)大鼠肝臟和腎臟內(nèi)SOD、GSH-Px、CAT等抗氧化酶的活性;顯著降低其MDA和蛋白質(zhì)羰基化的含量;灌服復(fù)合氨基酸可顯著提高8周遞增負(fù)荷有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練后力竭運(yùn)動(dòng)大鼠肝臟和腎臟內(nèi)SOD、GSH-Px、CAT等抗氧化酶的活性;顯著降低其MDA和蛋白質(zhì)羰基化含量;灌服復(fù)合氨基酸組大鼠肝臟和腎臟內(nèi)SOD、GSH-Px等抗氧化酶的活性以及MDA和蛋白質(zhì)羰基化含量都明顯優(yōu)于單獨(dú)灌服;撬峄蛑ф湴被,且具有顯著性意義,但腎臟內(nèi)CAT的活性除外。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of Tau and BCAA supplementation on exercise body, 50 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into quiet control group (CG), exercise group (EG), sportswear Tau group (ETG), after adaptive feeding. (EBG) in BCAA group and (ETBG), in compound amino acid group were 10 rats in each group. CG group did not exercise, the rest were trained according to exercise program for 8 weeks. During the last exercise, all the rats were exhausted by incremental load treadmill exercise. The liver and kidney tissues were taken immediately and their SOD (SOD), was detected. Activities of GSH-Px and catalase (CAT), malondialdehyde (MDA) and protein carbonyl content. The protective effects of related antioxidant enzymes and MDA and protein carbonyl groups on rats were analyzed by measuring the activities of related antioxidant enzymes and the contents of related antioxidant enzymes and protein carbonyl groups.
