【摘要】：目的探索制定針對(duì)踝關(guān)節(jié)低能量損傷方便、合理、高效的治療方案,減少和降低扭傷恢復(fù)后的不穩(wěn)定和骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的發(fā)生率。方法分析軍事訓(xùn)練中踝關(guān)節(jié)損傷的原因,提出治療方案。結(jié)果該治療方案可以最大限度恢復(fù)踝關(guān)節(jié)的運(yùn)動(dòng)功能,降低并發(fā)癥。結(jié)論踝關(guān)節(jié)低能量損傷應(yīng)早期積極治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore a convenient, reasonable and efficient treatment for low energy injury of ankle joint, and to reduce and reduce the incidence of instability and osteoarthritis after sprain recovery. Methods the causes of ankle injury in military training were analyzed and the treatment scheme was put forward. Results the treatment scheme could restore the motor function of ankle joint to the maximum extent and reduce the complications. Conclusion low energy injury of ankle joint should be treated actively in the early stage.
