乳腺鈣化特點對BI-RADSⅡ-Ⅴ類乳腺疾病診斷的意義
[Abstract]:Objective: to find calcification lesions by full digital mammography, analyze the characteristics of calcification and discuss the value of calcification in mammography reporting and data system BIRADS class II-V diagnosis. Methods: 93 calcification lesions were detected by digital mammography in 84 patients. 84 patients were female, aged between 31 and 76 years old, with an average age of 46.51. They passed mammography before operation. There are more than two doctors with rich experience in breast mammography diagnosis. Through the analysis of calcification morphology, distribution, number and accompanying signs, the classification results of X-ray image report and data system (BIRADS) classification report system are obtained. All patients were diagnosed pathologically by operation or puncture, including 70 cases of benign lesions, 22 cases of malignant lesions and 1 case of borderline lobular tumor. the morphology of calcification was analyzed. The distribution and accompanying signs in different BIRADS classification and the proportion of benign and malignant, to explore the value of breast calcification in the diagnosis of BI-RADS classification. Results: the age average of benign and malignant calcification was 45.43 years old in benign group, 49.95 years in malignant group and 54 years old in 1 patient with borderline lobular tumor. 19 cases were benign and 1 case was malignant. There were 26 cases of type III, 22 cases of benign, 4 cases of malignant, 37 cases of type IV, 26 cases of benign, 11 cases of benign, 10 cases of class V, 3 cases of benign, 6 cases of malignant and 1 case of borderline tumor. There was significant difference in calcification distribution quadrant. Pleomorphism, heterogeneous calcification and other types of calcification were statistically different in different categories, and the distribution of calcification was different in different categories. There were significant differences in the number of calcification per unit area in different grades. Conclusion: the calcification of breast was found by full digital mammography, and the morphological characteristics, distribution, number per unit area and accompanying signs of calcification were analyzed for the classification and diagnosis of BI-RADS.
