【摘要】：目的:探討在增強(qiáng)螺旋CT血管造影檢查中高壓注射器的操作要點(diǎn)。方法:選取在我院進(jìn)行增強(qiáng)螺旋CT血管造影檢查的體檢者101例,均使用高壓注射器進(jìn)行注射和穿刺,觀察不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:造影成功且無不良反應(yīng)的99例,占總例數(shù)的98.02%,1例輕度過敏,占總例數(shù)的0.99%,1例穿刺滲漏,占總例數(shù)的0.99%。囑體檢者通過50%的硫酸鎂粉劑進(jìn)行濕熱敷,腫脹消失。結(jié)論:通過高壓注射器的使用,增強(qiáng)螺旋CT血管造影檢查的不良反應(yīng)很少,并且穿刺滲漏的風(fēng)險也很低,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the key points of operation of high pressure syringe in enhanced spiral CT angiography. Methods: a total of 101 patients underwent enhanced spiral CT angiography in our hospital were injected and punctured with high pressure syringes to observe the adverse reactions. Results: 99 cases were successful and had no adverse reactions, accounting for 98.02% of the total cases, 1 case of mild allergy, accounting for 0.99% of the total cases, and 1 case of puncture leakage, accounting for 0.99% of the total cases. The examiners were asked to apply 50% magnesium sulfate powder to wet-hot compress, and the swelling disappeared. Conclusion: through the use of high pressure syringe, the adverse reaction of enhanced spiral CT angiography is very few, and the risk of puncture leakage is very low, so it is worth popularizing.
