【摘要】：割盜案件一直是鐵路高發(fā)的案件類型之一,它直接影響鐵路大動脈的安全暢通。此類案件的現(xiàn)場往往因線長點多、環(huán)境復(fù)雜多變等諸多因素的存在,遺留有利用價值的痕跡物證少,提取難度大,案件不易偵破。結(jié)合辦案實踐,通過對杭州鐵路公安處近五年來發(fā)生的割盜案件進行研判發(fā)現(xiàn),生物檢材在此類案件中的提取和利用率較高,已成為偵破割盜案件新的增長點。
[Abstract]:Cut-and-steal cases have always been one of the high incidence cases of railway, which directly affect the safety and smooth flow of the railway arteries. The scene of such cases is often due to the existence of many factors, such as the long line point, the complex and changeable environment, and so on, leaving little material evidence of useful value, difficult to extract, and difficult to detect. Combined with the practice of handling cases, it is found that the extraction and utilization of biological samples in these cases have become a new increasing point of detection and theft cases through the investigation and adjudication of the cases that occurred in Hangzhou Railway Public Security Bureau in the past five years, and the extraction and utilization rate of biological samples in such cases are relatively high.
