【摘要】：肘關(guān)節(jié)側(cè)副韌帶損傷以內(nèi)側(cè)副韌帶(medial collateral ligament,MCL)前束損傷最為常見,MCL前束是肘關(guān)節(jié)對(duì)抗外翻應(yīng)力、維持內(nèi)側(cè)穩(wěn)定的主要結(jié)構(gòu)。實(shí)際工作當(dāng)中需依據(jù)臨床癥狀、體征、影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜合診斷,MRI及超聲檢查是較為常用的影像學(xué)檢查。MCL前束損傷可通過(guò)保守或手術(shù)治療,手術(shù)的主要目的是修復(fù)或重建肘關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)側(cè)穩(wěn)定性,可行MCL修復(fù)術(shù)或重建術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Anterior bundle injury of medial collateral ligament (medial collateral ligament,MCL) is the most common injury of lateral collateral ligament of elbow. MCL anterior bundle is the main structure of elbow joint to resist valgus stress and maintain medial stability. In the actual work, we should make a comprehensive diagnosis based on clinical symptoms, signs and imaging findings. MRI and ultrasound are more commonly used imaging examinations. MCL anterior bundle injury can be treated conservatively or surgically. The main purpose of the operation is to repair or reconstruct the medial stability of the elbow joint. MCL repair or reconstruction is feasible.
