高溫高濕環(huán)境下遞增負(fù)荷大強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動對人體血清白細(xì)胞介素12的影響

【摘要】:目的:探討高溫高濕環(huán)境下大強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動對人體血清白細(xì)胞介素12(interleukin-12,IL-12)的影響。方法:20名受試者隨機(jī)分為運(yùn)動組和暴露組,運(yùn)動組在溫度33℃、相對濕度分別為40%±2%(RH40%)和80%±2%(RH80%)的環(huán)境下進(jìn)行遞增負(fù)荷力竭跑臺運(yùn)動,兩次不同濕度運(yùn)動間隔1周。跑速從8 km/h開始,每分鐘增加0.8 km/h,增加到16 km/h時不再增加,然后逐級遞增坡度,以0.5%為起始坡度,實(shí)驗過程中以受試者不能維持相應(yīng)跑速,并自述不能堅持時終止運(yùn)動。暴露組在高溫中靜坐,兩者同時進(jìn)出高溫環(huán)境房。實(shí)驗前和實(shí)驗后即刻抽取靜脈血。采用ELISA方法檢測血清IL-12、皮質(zhì)醇。結(jié)果:運(yùn)動組RH40%和RH80%環(huán)境下運(yùn)動后IL-12均顯著性降低(P0.05);暴露組IL-12在RH40%暴露后出現(xiàn)降低趨勢,RH80%暴露后顯著性下降(P0.05)。運(yùn)動組RH40%和RH80%環(huán)境下運(yùn)動后血清皮質(zhì)醇均顯著升高(P0.01,P0.05);暴露組血清皮質(zhì)醇RH40%暴露前后無顯著性差異,RH80%暴露后顯著性降低(P0.01)。結(jié)論:高溫環(huán)境下,無論相對濕度高低,進(jìn)行遞增負(fù)荷大強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動后血清IL-12均降低,可能由血清皮質(zhì)醇顯著升高對IL-12產(chǎn)生抑制作用所引起,但高溫環(huán)境下運(yùn)動引起免疫抑制的機(jī)制有待研究。
