脂肪組織在胰島素抵抗中的作用及其運(yùn)動(dòng)調(diào)控

【摘要】:脂肪組織為調(diào)節(jié)能量代謝穩(wěn)態(tài)的主要器官之一,一方面,脂肪組織可通過(guò)脂肪合成、脂肪動(dòng)員儲(chǔ)存或釋放能量,應(yīng)對(duì)進(jìn)食、運(yùn)動(dòng)、饑餓等代謝應(yīng)激;另一方面,脂肪組織可通過(guò)分泌脂肪因子調(diào)控?cái)z食行為、能量消耗、胰島素敏感性等。脂肪組織對(duì)健康與疾病起雙向調(diào)控作用,隨著內(nèi)臟脂肪含量的增加,胰島素抵抗、糖尿病、動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相應(yīng)地提高。本文通過(guò)氧化應(yīng)激、慢性炎癥、表觀遺傳學(xué)等視角剖析脂肪組織與胰島素抵抗的關(guān)系,總結(jié)脂肪組織對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練的積極應(yīng)答和相關(guān)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Adipose tissue is one of the main organs to regulate the steady state of energy metabolism. On the one hand, adipose tissue can store or release energy through fat synthesis, fat mobilization, and response to metabolic stress such as eating, exercise, starvation and so on. On the other hand, adipose tissue can regulate feeding behavior, energy consumption and insulin sensitivity by secreting fat factors. Adipose tissue plays a bidirectional role in regulating health and disease, with the increase of visceral fat content, insulin resistance, diabetes, atherosclerosis and other risks. The relationship between adipose tissue and insulin resistance was analyzed from the perspectives of oxidative stress, chronic inflammation and epigenetics, and the positive response of adipose tissue to exercise training and related mechanisms were summarized.
