【摘要】：正患者女,61歲,體檢發(fā)現(xiàn)右側(cè)腎上腺占位3周入院。無(wú)頭暈、頭痛,無(wú)心悸、多汗、身體乏力等不適,無(wú)特殊病史。�？魄闆r:雙腎區(qū)無(wú)紅腫,雙腎下極無(wú)觸及,雙腎區(qū)無(wú)叩痛,雙側(cè)輸尿管行徑區(qū)無(wú)明顯壓痛。體格檢查無(wú)特殊,實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查無(wú)異常。影像檢查:右側(cè)腎上腺見(jiàn)結(jié)節(jié)狀低密度影,邊界清楚,大小約2.6 cm×2.7 cm,平掃CT值約21HU(圖1),增強(qiáng)掃描無(wú)明顯強(qiáng)化(圖2~4)。左側(cè)腎上腺形態(tài)正常,未見(jiàn)明顯
[Abstract]:A 61-year-old female patient was admitted to hospital for 3 weeks with a right adrenal mass. No dizziness, headache, palpitations, sweating, fatigue and other discomfort, no special history. Specialties: there was no redness in the bilateral renal area, no touch in the lower extremity of the two kidneys, no percussive pain in the bilateral renal area, and no obvious tenderness in the bilateral ureteral area. No special physical examination, no abnormal laboratory examination. Imaging examination: the right adrenal gland showed nodular low density shadow with clear boundary. The size was about 2.6 cm 脳 2.7 cm, the CT value was about 21HU (Fig. 1), but the contrast enhancement was not obvious (Fig. 2 / 4). The left adrenal gland is normal and not obvious.
