【摘要】：正外傷后人體遺留玻璃異物時(shí),徒手接觸易造成軟組織損傷甚至碎屑劃入軟組織內(nèi),當(dāng)接觸血液時(shí)較小的玻璃碎屑肉眼難以分辨,給臨床醫(yī)師做出正確診斷和及時(shí)治療帶來(lái)一定的困難。軟組織內(nèi)創(chuàng)傷性異物在其他部位的影像學(xué)檢查中有較多報(bào)道[1-3],然而在直接數(shù)字化X線成像(direct radiography,DR)中針對(duì)手部軟組織異物尤其是對(duì)玻璃異物在DR圖像顯影的報(bào)道較少[4-6]。本文通過(guò)探討DR圖像對(duì)手
[Abstract]:When the human body remains glass foreign body after trauma, it is easy to cause soft tissue injury or even debris into the soft tissue by bare hand contact. When the blood is in contact with the blood, it is difficult for the naked eye to distinguish the smaller glass fragments. It is difficult for clinicians to make correct diagnosis and timely treatment. Traumatic foreign bodies in soft tissue have been reported in other imaging examinations [1-3], but in direct digital X-ray imaging (direct radiography, In DR, there are few reports of soft tissue foreign bodies in hand, especially glass foreign bodies developed on DR images [4-6]. This paper discusses the opponent of DR image.
