【摘要】：目的探討自由呼吸、不屏氣狀態(tài)下,利用256-MDCT行冠狀動(dòng)脈造影的可行性。方法 80例受檢者隨機(jī)分為兩組:A組40例,掃描時(shí)須受檢者屏氣配合;B組40例,檢查全過(guò)程無(wú)屏氣口令,受檢者自由呼吸。比較兩組圖像噪聲水平、信噪比、主觀(guān)評(píng)分(3分制:3分最佳,2分尚可,1分不能滿(mǎn)足診斷)、輻射劑量。比較兩組增強(qiáng)掃描前后心率變化程度。結(jié)果兩組間噪聲水平、信噪比、輻射劑量均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。增強(qiáng)掃描前與增強(qiáng)掃描中心率差異:A組(6.80±7.59)bpm,B組(3.03±2.58)bpm(P=0.012)。圖像質(zhì)量主觀(guān)評(píng)分:A組(2.55±0.64)分,B組(2.85±0.36)分(P=0.018)。兩種掃描模式相比,自由呼吸狀態(tài)心率變化較小,檢查效果更佳。結(jié)論針對(duì)本研究中使用的設(shè)備及掃描方案,自由呼吸狀態(tài)下行CCTA檢查,效果優(yōu)于屏氣狀態(tài)下檢查。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility of coronary angiography with 256-MDCT under the condition of free breathing and no breath holding. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups: group A (n = 40), group A (n = 40) and group B (n = 40). The noise level, signal-to-noise ratio and subjective score of the two groups were compared (3 points were the best, 2 points were fair, 1 score could not meet the diagnosis), radiation dose. The changes of heart rate before and after enhanced scan were compared between the two groups. Results there was no significant difference in noise level, signal-to-noise ratio and radiation dose between the two groups. The center rate of contrast enhanced scanning was (6.80 鹵7.59) bpm,B (3.03 鹵2.58) bpm (). Subjective score of image quality: group A (2.55 鹵0.64), group B (2.85 鹵0.36) (P0. 018). Compared with the two scanning modes, the heart rate in the free breathing state changed less and the examination effect was better. Conclusion for the equipment and scanning scheme used in this study, the effect of CCTA examination under the condition of free breathing is better than that under breath holding state.
