【摘要】：目的通過(guò)256層螺旋CT血管成像技術(shù)觀察膽囊動(dòng)脈正常解剖、起源變異,研究其對(duì)膽囊切除術(shù)前評(píng)估的臨床意義。方法回顧性分析215例在我院行上腹部增強(qiáng)CT掃描或CTA血管造影患者的影像資料。觀察膽囊動(dòng)脈的起源、測(cè)量膽囊動(dòng)脈橫徑、起源距離。結(jié)果 215例膽囊動(dòng)脈中大多數(shù)是單支型,其中兩支型膽囊動(dòng)脈4例,共計(jì)219支膽囊動(dòng)脈,男128支,女91支。正常起源于肝右動(dòng)脈183支,占83.6%;起源變異36支,占16.4%。膽囊動(dòng)脈正常起源和起源變異在不同性別間均無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。對(duì)183支正常起源于肝右動(dòng)脈的膽囊動(dòng)脈起源距離測(cè)量,男106支,平均(33.15±11.75)mm,女77支,平均(27.54±12.94)mm,膽囊動(dòng)脈正常起源距離在不同性別間具有顯著差異(P0.05)。膽囊動(dòng)脈橫徑測(cè)量,男106支,平均(1.95±0.34)mm,女77支,平均(1.92±0.34)mm,正常起源膽囊動(dòng)脈橫徑在不同性別間無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論 256層螺旋CT能明確觀察膽囊動(dòng)脈的正常解剖及起源變異,為膽囊術(shù)前做好評(píng)估,提供參考資料。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the normal anatomy and origin variation of gallbladder artery by 256-slice spiral CT angiography and to evaluate its clinical significance before cholecystectomy. Methods the imaging data of 215 patients with enhanced CT or CTA angiography in upper abdomen were analyzed retrospectively. The origin of gallbladder artery was observed and the transverse diameter and origin distance of gallbladder artery were measured. Results most of the 215 gallbladder arteries were of single branch type, of which 4 were of two type, with 219 gallbladder arteries, 128 in males and 91 in females. The normal origin was 183 right hepatic artery (83.6) and the origin variation was 36 (16.4). There was no significant difference in normal origin and variation of gallbladder artery between sexes (P0.05). The origin distance of normal gallbladder artery originated from right hepatic artery was measured, male 106, mean (33.15 鹵11.75) mm, female 77, mean (27.54 鹵12.94) mm,. The normal origin distance of gallbladder artery was significantly different between sexes (P0.05). The mean transverse diameter of gallbladder artery was (1.95 鹵0.34) mm, and (1.92 鹵0.34) mm,. There was no significant difference in the transverse diameter of gallbladder artery between different sexes (P0.05). Conclusion 256-slice spiral CT can clearly observe the normal anatomy and origin variation of gallbladder artery, and provide reference materials for the evaluation of gallbladder before operation.
