【摘要】：目的利用多層螺旋CT(MSCT)測量蘭州地區(qū)健康成人心肺血管管徑及面積,制定本地區(qū)成人心肺大血管管徑及面積正常標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并與既往文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道的其他地區(qū)健康人所測數(shù)據(jù)做對比 方法選擇常住于蘭州,沒有心肺疾患的健康體檢者。按年齡分為：18～39歲(A組),40～60歲(B組),61～80歲(C組)。各組均包括男50例,女50例,共300例。采用平靜呼吸狀態(tài)下深吸氣末時(shí)掃描,所得圖像經(jīng)工作站行3D重建后進(jìn)行測量,所得結(jié)果行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。 結(jié)果不同年齡組間,主肺動脈、右肺動脈、左肺動脈、升主動脈及降主動脈的管徑及面積差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。B組與C組中,主肺動脈、右肺動脈、左肺動脈的管徑及面積具有明顯的性別差異(P0.05) 結(jié)論本實(shí)驗(yàn)為蘭州地區(qū)成年人心肺動脈相關(guān)疾病的早期診斷提供了較好的影像學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。與以往文獻(xiàn)比較,蘭州地區(qū)健康成人所測結(jié)果異于其他地區(qū)成人,推測與本地地理環(huán)境及空氣質(zhì)量有關(guān)
[Abstract]:Objective to measure the diameter and area of cardiopulmonary vessels in healthy adults in Lanzhou area by multilayer spiral CT (MSCT), and to establish a normal standard for the diameter and area of large cardiopulmonary vessels in this area. Compared with the data of healthy people in other areas reported in previous literature, the healthy persons who lived in Lanzhou and had no cardiopulmonary disease were selected. The patients were divided into three groups according to their age: 1840 years old (group A), 40 years old (group B), and 61 years old (group C). All the groups consisted of 50 males and 50 females, with a total of 300 cases. The images were scanned at the end of inspiratory period under the condition of calm breathing. The images were measured by 3D reconstruction by workstation, and the results were analyzed statistically. Results there were significant differences in diameter and area of aorta, right pulmonary artery, left pulmonary artery, ascending aorta and descending aorta between different age groups (P0.05). The diameter and area of left pulmonary artery were significantly different between sexes (P0.05) conclusion this study provides a good imaging standard for the early diagnosis of cardiopulmonary artery related diseases in adults in Lanzhou area. Compared with the previous literature, the results of healthy adults in Lanzhou area are different from those in other regions, and the results are supposed to be related to the local geographical environment and air quality.
