【摘要】：正2016-06月南蘇丹瓦烏地區(qū)中國(guó)維和二級(jí)醫(yī)院使用注射用青蒿琥酯成功搶救1例因惡性腦瘧造成昏迷的病人,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。1資料與方法1.1臨床表現(xiàn)患者,男,26歲,中國(guó)維和軍人。因"發(fā)熱2d,意識(shí)不清20h"于2016-06-29日10∶50由科瓦喬克一級(jí)醫(yī)院轉(zhuǎn)送作者醫(yī)院。病人于2d前站崗后感覺(jué)畏寒,測(cè)體溫為37.5℃,由軍醫(yī)給予對(duì)癥治療后好轉(zhuǎn)。1d前午休時(shí)再次感覺(jué)畏寒,測(cè)體溫38.0℃,再次給予對(duì)癥治療,畏寒發(fā)熱消失,但感覺(jué)輕度頭痛,未引起重視。約4h后頭痛加重,患者在一級(jí)醫(yī)院診治過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)意識(shí)不清。一級(jí)醫(yī)院查瘧疾試紙呈陽(yáng)性,考慮為瘧疾,給予
