支鏈氨基酸、精氨酸復(fù)合制劑對(duì)男子籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員運(yùn)動(dòng)能力的影響

【摘要】:為研究支鏈氨基酸(BCAA)、精氨酸(Arg)對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員運(yùn)動(dòng)能力的影響及其機(jī)制,建立運(yùn)動(dòng)競(jìng)賽模型。選取自愿參加試驗(yàn)的職業(yè)男性籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員14名,隨機(jī)分為AA試劑組和PB安慰劑組,AA組按0.17g/kg體重的量補(bǔ)充BCAA和0.04g/kg體重的量補(bǔ)充Arg,PB組補(bǔ)充同樣計(jì)量的安慰劑。實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行2d,每天進(jìn)行2組相同的20個(gè)2min運(yùn)動(dòng),組間休息10min,每組最后設(shè)置1個(gè)20m全力沖刺測(cè)試。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,AA組隊(duì)員運(yùn)動(dòng)后主觀感覺疲勞等級(jí)(RPE)值顯著低于PB組,第2天20m沖刺AA組隊(duì)員成績(jī)明顯優(yōu)于PB組。研究結(jié)果表明:補(bǔ)充BCAA、Arg復(fù)合制劑在模擬籃球比賽中可以提高運(yùn)動(dòng)員的短距離沖刺能力,并且可以緩解連續(xù)2d運(yùn)動(dòng)引起的中樞疲勞。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of branched-chain amino acid (BCAA), arginine (Arg) on athletes' athletic ability and its mechanism, a competition model was established. Fourteen male basketball players who volunteered to participate in the experiment were randomly divided into AA reagent group and PB placebo group. The AA group supplemented BCAA and 0.04g/kg weight according to the weight of 0.17g/kg and the Arg,PB group supplemented with the same amount of placebo. The experiment was carried out for 2 days, and 20 2min exercises were performed daily in two groups. The rest time was 10 minutes. Each group was given a 20m full sprint test at the end of the experiment. The results showed that the (RPE) value of the AA group was significantly lower than that of the PB group after exercise, and the score of the 20 m sprint AA group was significantly better than that of the PB group on the second day. The results showed that the supplement of BCAA,Arg compound preparation could improve the sprint ability of athletes in simulated basketball match and relieve the central fatigue caused by continuous exercise for 2 days.
