CEUS觀察兔肝VX2腫瘤壞死演變

【摘要】:目的應(yīng)用CEUS技術(shù)觀察兔肝VX2腫瘤壞死過程,探討VX2腫瘤生長壞死規(guī)律及其對實驗產(chǎn)生的影響。方法應(yīng)用超聲引導下經(jīng)皮穿刺種植法成功建立24只兔VX2肝腫瘤模型,并通過CEUS技術(shù)分別在腫瘤種植后10、14、21、28天動態(tài)觀察肝腫瘤演變過程,測量腫瘤體積及壞死體積,計算瘤內(nèi)壞死率。結(jié)果在腫瘤種植后10、14、21、28天兔肝VX2腫瘤體積、壞死灶體積和壞死率比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P均0.05);腫瘤種植后10、14、21、28天的CEUS表現(xiàn)能反映出腫瘤的病理學特征。實驗依據(jù)CEUS和病理特點將腫瘤生長過程細分為5個時期,0~10天為腫瘤實質(zhì)前期;11~14天為腫瘤實質(zhì)后期;15~21天為腫瘤壞死初期;22~28天為加速壞死期;28天后為腫瘤囊變期。結(jié)論 CEUS可準確判斷肝腫瘤實質(zhì)及壞死范圍;VX2腫瘤的生長演變及腫瘤壞死具有規(guī)律性,可根據(jù)不同實驗要求選擇適宜的研究時間段。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the process of VX2 tumor necrosis in rabbit liver by CEUS technique and to explore the law of VX2 tumor growth and necrosis and its effect on the experiment. Methods 24 VX2 liver tumor models were successfully established by ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture implantation. The tumor evolution was observed by CEUS technique at 10 ~ 1414 ~ 21 ~ (-1) days after implantation, and tumor volume and necrotic volume were measured. The rate of necrosis in tumor was calculated. Results there were significant differences in tumor volume, necrotic focus volume and necrosis rate between rabbits with VX2 on the 10th day after implantation of the tumor (P 0.05), and the CEUS findings of 10 ~ 14 ~ 21 ~ 28 days after implantation could reflect the pathological features of the tumor. According to the characteristics of CEUS and pathology, the tumor growth process was subdivided into 5 stages, 10 days were precancerous stage, 1114 days were late stage of tumor parenchyma, 15 days were early stage of tumor necrosis, 2228 days were accelerated necrotic phase, and 28 days later were cystic phase of tumor. Conclusion CEUS can accurately judge the parenchyma and necrotic range of liver tumors, and the growth and necrosis of VX2 tumors are regular, and the appropriate time period can be selected according to different experimental requirements.
