【摘要】：目的探討胰腺實(shí)性假乳頭狀瘤(solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas,SPTP)的臨床表現(xiàn)及影像學(xué)特點(diǎn)。方法回顧性分析經(jīng)病理證實(shí)的12例SPTP患者的臨床及影像學(xué)資料。結(jié)果患者平均年齡為26.2歲,男女比例為1:11,腫瘤大部分位于胰頭部,1例惡性,11例良性,2例為實(shí)性,10例為囊實(shí)性,囊實(shí)性成分比例不一;增強(qiáng)后實(shí)性成分動(dòng)脈期輕度不均勻強(qiáng)化,門靜脈期及延遲期呈漸進(jìn)性向心性強(qiáng)化。結(jié)論胰腺實(shí)性假乳頭狀瘤具有一定的影像學(xué)特征,與臨床特點(diǎn)相結(jié)合,能提高其術(shù)前診斷的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical and imaging features of solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas (solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas,SPTP). Methods the clinical and imaging data of 12 patients with SPTP confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results the average age of the patients was 26.2 years, and the ratio of male to female was 1: 11. Most of the tumors were located in the head of pancreas. 11 cases of benign tumors were located in the head of pancreas. 10 cases were solid and solid, 10 cases were solid and solid, and the proportion of cystic and solid components was not the same. Portal vein phase and delayed phase showed progressive concentric enhancement. Conclusion solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas has some imaging features, which can improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis.
