MRI、超聲及鉬靶在乳腺腫塊大小測(cè)量中的比較

【摘要】:目的對(duì)比分析MRI、超聲及鉬靶測(cè)量乳腺腫塊大小的準(zhǔn)確性。方法選取2014年1月~2014年6月在本院就診的51例乳腺腫物患者(53個(gè)病灶)為研究對(duì)象,所有患者于術(shù)前均通過(guò)鉬靶、超聲及MRI檢查測(cè)量了腫塊大小,記錄相應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù),并與術(shù)后病理結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,比較3種方法測(cè)量腫塊大小的準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)果鉬靶、超聲、MRI測(cè)得的乳腺腫塊橫截面最大徑與病理標(biāo)本的實(shí)際測(cè)量值差值≤1 cm者分別有10例(27.8%)、20例(55.6%)、24例(66.7%)。結(jié)論 MRI檢查測(cè)量乳腺腫塊大小的準(zhǔn)確性高于鉬靶和超聲檢查,是術(shù)前準(zhǔn)確評(píng)估乳腺腫塊大小的可靠檢查手段。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare and analyze the accuracy of MRI, ultrasound and molybdenum target in measuring the size of breast masses. Methods 51 patients with breast masses (53 lesions) from January 2014 to June 2014 were selected as the study subjects. The tumor size was measured by molybdenum target, ultrasound and MRI before operation, and the corresponding data were recorded. Compared with postoperative pathological results, the accuracy of three methods for measuring tumor size was compared. Results there were 10 cases (27.8%) with mammography and 20 cases (55.6%) with breast mass with 20 cases (55.6%) with the difference between the maximum cross-sectional diameter of breast mass measured by molybdenum target and the actual measured value of pathological specimen 鈮,
